I certainly hope not. The fundamental issue is that movies, as an artform, have developed a whole toolbox of tricks to make films look good under certain restraints, like the framerate of the film. Changing that for high frequency recording would require both developing a whole new bag of tricks, *and* retraining the audience in how to watch movies. That would take decades, most likely. And for what benefit? Slightly greater visibility in certain high speed scenes, which probably aren't being actually shot these days anyway?
