Are there any black people in Orange County?

Everytime I see something on TV whether it's a TV show, news, or anything; about certain places in Orange County (Laguna Beach, La Jolla, etc.) I notice that they don't show a lot of black folks in the area. So, I'm just curious if there any that live there at all or is it one of those places where if one of us was there we'd get dirty looks?
