This is the worst summer ever..

lol... dude, I'm disappointed in the verdict too, but you must have it pretty good if this makes it the worst summer. I think this summer is bad too, but I define it as such because I broke up with my fiance, my dog was killed by a car and I had my appendix out.... after it had partially burst.

Casey will get her's anyway. She's been judged in the court of public opinion and she'll never lead a normal life. But miscarriages of justice like this, such as obviously guilty people getting off scott-free happens more frequently than anyone would care to know. It just doesn't become a media frenzy.

She is going back to jail for one year. But if she does good behavior she could be out as early as July / August for time already being served

As well as for the good behavior she's earned.

If anyone is watching HLN, it's mostly crowd interviews and these people... these people.

If I lived in Orlando, I would be happy if people's head's rolled over the crappy police work, forensic work, and prosecution of this case.

She has people already offering her book deals...the latest is around $750,000.....the Texas search group, if they sue her will only be going for the amount of money they used in the search, which I think was around $120,000.....I'm doubtful the "zanny the nanny" will get that much if any....

Personally, if she just quietly lives out the rest of her life somewhere, I don't really care if she writes a book or a movie deal is made. I'm just tired of 75% of the news talking about this alone.

I could not agree more. If Casey gets a mansion out of her child's death the media can't blame anybody but themselves.

I'll never understand why anyone would pay for her story when you know it's all lies, they would be better off just paying some random person following the case and get a story that's more close to the truth then anything she will say. All I know is I'm not interested in her lies and will not buy or watch anything she has to do with and I hope that everyone thats suing her wins.

everyone suing her will win the burden of proof isn't as high in a civil court as it is in criminal court. Also what is there to understand look at the people following it now. The fact that she made the cover of people last week show's the its the gossip mag tabloid people that will willingly fund her. I won't blame her for going out and making money off of this cause that's capitalism. I'd blame the idiots buying her book and watching her interviews that justify her getting all this money.

Very true. If she makes money out of this...the media is what made it happen.

They didn' find the body until December....BUT they were told that the body was there months before...they did not go and investigate the call.

There is actually quite a bit you can do with skeletal remains. They did not go into the skull, they did not do a diatom test on the bone marrow...

When you are building a case? You do everything and use everything that you can to get physical evidence. They didn't do that...
