See, over here they have to be more than a certain distance away, but I think its only half a mile or something similar, which is walkable in a few minutes so I doubt it changes much.

i thought there was a distance limit to, but maybe it depends on the seriousness of the crimes permitted by the perp.

like my friend's cousin was arrested for statutory rape with his gf (he was 18, she was 17 at the time) and he has to register as a sex offender.

there's a pedophile that lives a couple streets away from me. but i knew that before i found this site, cuz a friend of mine actually lived on his street.

i dont know if they do it where everyone else lives, but on Halloween here, they make all the convicted offenders leave their homes for the nite and stay in hotels or something. basically, they have to vacate the area
