Arkham City GOTY for PC Release Date?

Anyone know when Arkham City Game of Year Edition will be released on PC, or if it will be released for PC?

I was about to play Arkham City, but I figured out that the GOTY already came out on consoles, so I assumed that it will soon be released PC; therefore, I am just going to wait for that.

Anyone have some news on it?
