Army of Two comes out sometime in March I think. It looks bad*** and similar to Kane & Lynch with the whole co-op stuff. I really like co-op games, especially one's that can be co-op without on-line play as most my friends don't have a PS3.

I like Kane & Lynch somewhat except that it gets really frustrating. But like I said, I like the Co-op stuff. So my question is, does anyone know if Army of Two will be Co-op like Kane & Lynch where two people can play together off-line or do you have to be on-line to play with another real person.

As far as we know, off-line is possible as well. Co-op is huge in this game. You can either have a friend help you or "Partner Artificial Intelligence". Some parts are near impossible to get through without co-operation.
