Ok, here we go! Just for the record, you said "dream" house, so this is my dream: a two story house, high ceilings, warm colors (wood, cream, yellow tones), 4 bedrooms (give it or take) with their bathroom, a studio (which, of course, will be the office), a wine cellar "downstairs" would be a nice addition, a quite modern and open kitchen with an island. Also, I'm not opposed to having a cozy fireplace! And then, the second part (as important as the rest of the house), a huge backyard with lots and lots of green for my pets. And a pool!!! And family and friends to enjoy it with.
