Depends on what you mean by "caveman"

"Cavemen" is used to refer to 2 different groups of proto-humans, Cro-Magnons (who are just ancient Homo sapiens), or Neanderthals (who are another species). Since Cro-Magnons are strength-wise about the same as Modern Humans, the Astronauts' greater intelligence would win out. The Neanderthals are even less intelligent than the Cro-Magnon, but they are much stronger than a modern human and that could make up for their lower reasoning ability.

Any crew of astronauts includes Air Force pilots, who have combat training. Not all do though.

the astronuats have regular astro-training, and were all probably in the air force before hand, like most astronauts...they can also kill without fear of losing there jobs...and it isnt an actual football stadium, just a big open field, like a football stadium...no spectators

maybe, and if it were 20 vs 20, I'd definitely go with cavemen, but with small numbers like 5 on 5, I think there's a good chance the astronauts could strategize and use what fighting knowledge they had to win.
