As for what I am doing... about to start Horizon Zero Dawn to distract me from actually making a list of reasons people hate thevileone

You know, it's funny you should say that because I was down in New Zealand the other week and apparently there's a whole sub genre of VileOne jokes down there. Guy was telling me this story of an old prospector down in Auckland who was working down a mine for 18 months, night and day working in the cold dark, busting his hump trying to scratch out some gold. Well, after coming out of the mine he goes down to the nearest town and he goes up to the local bartender and he says "A man is only flesh and blood, he has needs and desires, I need me a woman," and the bartender, he goes "Hell, we ain't got nothing like that here, we're in the middle of nowhere, if we want to do something like that we use VileOne the films critic." The prospector, well, he recoils, he says "I'm not into any of that funny stuff, I'll be fine." So he goes back into that mine for another 18 months. Working and toiling in the dark until finally one day he falls to his knees and decides that like the bible says, a man is only flesh and pride and full of sin as any other. So he goes back down to the bartender and says "ok, I'll do it, the flesh is weak, but I'm a tough old hombre, I don't want any of my friends to find out about this. Ain't NOBODY ever to know about this." The bartender, he gives him a look and says "Well, there's gonna be at least four people who know about this. See, I'll know about it, you'll know about it, VileOne the films critic will know about this, and so will the fella that has to hold down Vile, because he ain't into that funny stuff either."
