Ax or Ask?

Don't forget "cents" not "cent" as in I have 35 cents.

You can't cut wood with questions.

Really?

How much wood would a woodchuck chuck
if a woodchuck could chuck wood?

Eleventy-five wood. :o

That guy should be in every schoolroom in the country. Fire up the cloning tanks!

Ha ha I'm white and from the midwest I've been trying to say ax instead of ask cause it makes me superfly...plus it would be hilarious. :o

If "superfly" equals "stupid", then by all means, go ahead...

:whatever: :whatever: :whatever:

:yay:

Hahah, sweet. It's like a Boondocks episode come to life.

Linguistically, it doesn't matter so long as it remains consistent with other constraints.

Well I gots to get me some fried chicken with stawberry soder 'cause 'am hungry dawg.

It's not a battle against society! It's a battle against stupidity.:cmad:

heh. its funny, at the end the guy is like "i gotta do this", when it should be "i have to do this".

Heh, I was watching for something like that.

One big difference is that I know the guy is capable of saying "I've got to do this." whereas some kids, like the one shown in the story, can't even SAY "ask".

I wish this guy worked at the school my daughter attends. This kind of speach really does just make people sound stupid. And it is true that it knows no race limitations. Just watch Jerry Springer or Maury Povich. I give the guy...

It's easy to say ask instead of ax, but for some reason people just can't seem to stop saying it if they've been doing it their whole life.

:woot:

I'm glad he's doing it though. He's right, it can hold a person back professionally. And if it was a white guy, there would be those who would complain he was just being racist.
