I don't think I would want to go bar hopping...maybe if you found ONE nice bar to stick with and have fun with your friends that would be better.

If you can't think of a place to go, you could always just stay at a nice hotel. Chill in the hot tub with your girls and tell crazy stories while drinking, and then afterwards watch a silly movie and order room service or something.
