Bale cowl display head

Just pulled a urethane cowl over the bust I did of Bale. Bust has a pole up the middle for mounting to a base.

The second and third pic shows some spacing between the face and the cowl. In the last picture, it fits perfectly. Did you do anything different between the time the pics were taken?
