Banned IP Address

So I've got a new phone that includes new SIM card, but when I was accessing the hype forums, it was saying that my IP address was banned. I think it has something with the SIM's provider. Can anyone help me out on this?

I had a similar experience. I travel often, and find myself in a different country a few months or so. When I visited my sister in South east Asia a few months ago I wanted to read some of the threads in the forum...and promptly got a message saying my IP was banned.

Then a few weeks ago, I travelled to another country and was able to access it from there. How do I access the forum if my IP is banned?

I had this happen to me a while back. Contact one of the mods and they will sort it out.

actually I ran into the issue a few weeks ago, clear the cache of your phone's browser or browsers as I had the banned error on 2 of them. then reboot your phone and you should be able to be not banned anymore good luck!

Just reset your network settings.
