My ip address has been banned. Help?

I tried to access the forums on my computer yesterday and I get a Page telling me that my ip has been banned. My account hasn't been banned obviously, and I haven't made any posts recently, so I'm not sure why this has happened. Currently I can only access the forums on my phone. Can someone give me an explanation or fix this problem for me?

This happened to me a while ago, when due to an internet outage I was forced to rely on one of those prepaid USB stick things. Came up that I was IP banned. I clicked the "contact admin" button and emailed twice, but no response. Eventually I got another member here, who I knew on another board as well, to check if I really was banned (in spite of never even having an infraction) or if it was a problem with the USB stick. It was the latter.

Once my normal internet was restored, right as rain.

You seem to have a rotating IP. You have 166 separate IP numbers....any one of them could have been banned because someone else also had that number. You'll just have to wait for it to rotate on to another number.

Today I found that I can access the forums again, so this problem has been resolved. Thanks.
