Have you ever been banned?

Have you ever been banned permanantly from another site?
i was.

its been bottled up inside of me for months and i need too talk.

it was Wizards Magazines forums, WUMB. there was a game called WUMB survivor (maybe we could take it to the hype!). somebody mentioned sacraficing someone "to the gods". i said that a certain member should be sacraficed. now thats not all. my reason was he was that he was a rapist. this accusation got me banned.
so....anybody else want to talk about there banning experences?

I've been banned from many sites they are mostly crap ones that I was called upon for /B/lackup back in my 4chan days. Also alot of teen-christian chats (being an atheist is against the rules [well only when you're obnoxious about it]).

Banning is really a poor way to enforce internet control because banned users can always find a way to return, most of the time people get banned they are well aware that they are going to get banned and in fact may be trying to get banned.

i was banned yesterday from SPAWN messageboards...for saying..

"whos running Mcfarlane toys into the ground"?

So it said i was banned for saying rude comments.

i was a member there since 2005

I got an infraction on city-data.com for getting in a flame war with someone who thought people asking for donations for charity quote "didn't belong" in their part of town. Mind you these weren't bums, they were people working for a charity. The person logic was they paid lots of money to live in that area, and they should not be subject to seeing those things because it detracted from the aesthetic of the area.
