The quaint seaside town of Chesapeake Bay thrives on water - it is the lifeblood of the community. huh, idk, this just kind of puzzles. Barry Levinson...he's like, a classic, old school type director, right? he's been around, up with there with the likes of Spielberg, Scorcese, Coppola, ect. a captured footage horror flick just seems kind of...beneath him.
