batman '66 the animated movie

They're currently doing a comic book series based on the 1966 show.

They are. Just news on it has been on the scarce side.

The only 'official' announcement we got were West & Ward talking about it at a convention. Hopefully they didn't mistake it for their work in Robot Chicken/Arkham Knight and there will be a film version of the Batman 66 comic (which I assume it would be!)

Do you think they'd dare to do other similar revisiations? The Burtonverse? Animated universe? a true sequel to the Donner Superman movies?
