With the teaser and now the new villain teaser, i'd hope we soon get a nice long trailer, but i guess their still abit too early to reveal all the good stuff such as Harley Quinn and the other villians. :>

the guy @ 20th second, who is that? It could be Clayface or just an ordinary black guy with some weird spikes on his shoulders... I was thinking Paul Dini might explain the mutation over Killer Croc thru this game but how would they get him on the chains then, makes me question who the hell that guy is. =D

Now if some of you didn't know, there will be different goggles and stuff, kinda like in Metroid Prime series, and you can use these goggles to scan information or help yourself out, for example look at this picture:http://i37.tinypic.com/w8pzs9.jpg
So what do you see? you see all 3 thugs having guns, but the one furthest away seems to have a rather small one, so you prioritize yourself on the bigger gunned ones since yeah, its more dangerous. =)

So, it's been suggested that in the recent Batman: Arkham Asylum trailer we saw that one of the stills showed Amygdala. This is a high rez picture of said clip.

Given the spikes growing out of his shoulders, the fact that we know Croc was originally black (and so is this guy) and that he seems to be wearing the same pants, it's much more likely that this is a scene of Croc mutating into his usual self.

Maybe it's a flashback, maybe it's like in Hush where somebody purposefully mutated him, who knows. What it does mean is that the only villains "officially" confirmed for the game are Croc, Joker, and Riddler.

PS. Sorry for double post, just kinda wanna have a discussion regarding this epic looking game. :|

Hmm I am also intrigued by the large black man with spikes growing out of him...I really want to say it is pre-mutated Croc...they look similar but you never know.

Bane is in this game but the man on the picture has spikes around same spots as Killer Croc and he is black so... It would be truly amazing to see how Paul Dini makes Killer Croc mutate, maybe instead of Hush it will be Joker's doing? =D

Lol, that guy who pointed out that the bronze brute with spikes was me. Someone else on the Eidos boards said Great White, so I went through the BYTB database of criminals and there's very few that match the description, so I'm guessing either flash back or new interpretation of a villain.
Btw, the guy with the lecter-like mask is definately Zsasz, in the new pics you even see him wielding his knives.

and croc and he are wearing different pants. he even has the same flesh-tone as Amy.

i think that the major FIGHTING villains will be those mentioned, but there will be MANY fillers as this is A HOUSE OF VILLAINS.
croc is waaay too big, i think, to be believably caught by anyone. he's not just big, he's a giant monster! but he IS a scary guy, i'll give him that...

ah..found the threat for the game ....at last mostly such games based on superhero movies... arent very innovative...but now they seem to go in a direction with a bit more substance...i wonder how the gameplay will be.....cause till now it remebers me a bit at condemned. and that would be great imo

Let's just hope it's Amygdala and not Doomsday, there's some very big problems logic wise for it to be Doomsday.

Been looking forward to this game for some time. I especially love that you can use CSI methods to investigate, and I love the design of the batsuit. This is gonna be awesome.
