Batman Beyond Costume, any ideas?

I'd kind of like to make a batman beyond costume, that looks good. Any ideas on where to start? Any suggestions? I don't want it to look corny.

Wow, I wish I had the money/skills/resources to make that, it'd be sweet. What would the costume be made out of? Kinda looks like paintball gear. Not a huge fan of the mask though, needs longer ears and possibly a place for the mouth.

I've been working on this if your interested. been bust so it's been taking a while.

thats cool but I think the bottom of his mask should surround his mouth and apply adhesive to the mask lips so when you talk, the mask will move with it. That is one of the few things that makes his mask different that the original batman's.

I plan on making this like a shell (like spider-man) but a urethane one so it's flexible. The fabric with connect to the mouth, and the chin area I have been debating over, but it's suppose to represent Brice Timm's character's infamous under bite lol

Yea, we decided to make the mouth functional with this suit to the lifecsst of whom ever it was for. I just haven't had the time to redesign it the way I want to do it.

As far as the ears, eh - I dunno -Mabye once the sculpt is started, I'll toy with it but for now it works

wow, I can't belive I never really noticed his under bite. hmm...

There have been a couple of members on BOTB who have done a Beyond costume. However I have yet to see one though that is close to the cartoon.

I would love to see one done.
