Batman : Consequence

V.O

"For years,i have protected the streets of gotham.. white washing the scum of socity.but at what cost,my vengeance for my parents death has changed me from innocent Bruce Wayne to vengeful Bat at night. My life has become vengeance..I am the night..i am vengeance i am BATMAN!."


Cut to Jim Gordons apartment..where jims wife barbera recieves a Phone call.



Barbera : "Hello"

Gordon : "hey sweetheart,i should be home in about an hour"

Barbera :"Thats great,you work to many late hours jim,little barbera misses you"

Gordon : "I know honey,but since Harvey dent escaped from Arkham,things have been a little hectic."

Barbera : "I understand that Jim,but there are other cops who can handle Harvey,not to mention that Batman nut thats been on the tv."

Gordon: "Barbera, I can't just turn it off like that..i'm a cop.Its my responsibility."

Barbera : " and what about your family? what are we?"

Gordon : " don't be like that Barb, you know i love you and little Barbera."

Barbera : "It doesn't feel like that to me Jim."

Gordon: " look honey,i don't want to fight,i will be home soon,we'll talk then"

Barbera : "see you soon."

Gordon : "bye"





Cut to jim waiting on a Rooftop



Batman : " Gordon "

gordon jumps because he is taken by surprise.

Gordon : "Jesus christ,I wish you wouldn't do that,my blood pressure is high enough already."

Batman : " whats wrong Jim? "

Jim has a folder in his hand,he hands to batman



Gordon : " I'm sure you have heard that Harvey 'twoface' has escaped from Arkham."

Batman : " Ive been looking for him, i think i may have a lead."

Gordon : " He could be anywhere,and that frightens me,who knows what that lunatic is thinking. "


cut back to Jims apartment,Barbera is in bed. A hand covers her mouth..her eyes widen she looks towards the kids room,


Harvey : " Don't make a sound."


cut back to Batman talking to jim


Batman : "That will help us Jim,i will keep looking.."


Gordon : " you will keep me updated if you find anything? "

jim looks at his watch,he looks back up and Batman is gone.


gordon continued : "I wish he wouldn't do that"


cut to gotham park its dark lots of trees,where a lady is walking through to get home,A man is following her..keeping his distance..she keeps looking over her shoulder..hes gone.. she breaths a sigh of relief and continues walking..she looks again and the man is right behind her.. "camera to pan low and show Batman sitting in a tree watching his eyes narrow" the man grabs her and punches her to the ground.


Women : "(screaming) leave me alone!!!!"

Thug : "shut up"


The man hits her again and starts laughing..he kneels down and trys to lift her skirt.. he hears something and stands up.. Batman is standing right behind him..the thug turns around and is grabbed and thumped by Batman,the man falls to the floor with force.The women wakes up to see Batman leaning over the thug Batman looks at her.. her eyes widen in terror..

Batman : " Run"

The women runs in terror and Batman grabbs the thug lifting him of his feet.


Thug : "what do you want" (terrorfied)

Batman : "information"

Thug : "About what?"

Batman : "Two face! where is he?!!"

Thug : "I don't know twoface"

Batman "your lying!!"


Batman thumps the thug hard in the stomach


Thug : " he'll kill me! "

Batman : " Tell me! "

Cowering on the floor the thug mutters one word


Thug : " Gordon"


Batman looks over to see a torch light heading towards him in haste,its a cop returning with the lady,the thug looks up,Batman is gone.the thug relaxes on the floor.

cut to ext of the gordon house

Jim gordon arrives home and opens his door..he knows something is wrong and he draws his weapon..


Gordon : " Barbera? "

he continues to search his house in the dark. there is a light on upstairs... his breathing heavys.. he checks the kids..there fine.. he makes his way to his bedroom..the bed is empty and has blood on the bed sheets..a tiny ammount.he rushes to the bed and sees a letter he pick s it up.


Batman : " Harvey has her"

gordon spins around and aims his gun at Batman.


Jim : "what are you doing here, where is she!"

Batman : " Take it easy Jim, i'll find her,what does the note say?"

jim relaxes his weapon.. he sits down on the bed and puts his head in his hands.Batman walks over and picks up the note,


Gordon,you want to see your pretty wife again.. don't call your friends at Gotham pD we will know if you do, we will be in touch!


Twoface


Batman narrows his eyes, gordon looks at him.


Gordon : "what does it say"

Batman passes the note to jim,he reads the note and reaches for the phone,Batman grabs his Arm.

Batman : " no Jim, let me have the note.. you read what he said, i will take the note for analaysis there maybe something on it that tells us where it was written"


Jim passes back the note to Batman,


gordon : "shes my wife Batman."

Batman : "trust me"

A voice come from behind them

young Barbera : "Mommy"

Gordon looks at his daughter and then to where Batman was standing..hes gone

Gordon: " Its ok sweetheart .come here "

Gordon hugs his daughter tight. fade out


Cut to Two faces hideout where Mrs gordon is tied up and gagged in a chair,she's weeping and trying to scream for Help. Harvey spinning his coin..looks at her smiling.. he walks over to her and remooves her gag. she tries to move away from his scarred remains of his face. she starts to cry.


Two face: "Stop crying."

Barbera : " what are you going to do with me "


Two face looks at his coin ( a close up of the coin)



Two face : "Fate hasn't decided yet."

Cut to the morning, Jim gordon is in his little girls room..she is asleep.His mobile phone rings.He gets up shuts the door and aswers the phone.

Gordon: " Hello ."


Bruce Wayne : Hi Jim, Its Bruce Wayne.


Gordon : " nows not a good time bruce"


Bruce : " Is everything ok Jim? , its just we have that charity dinner comming up, and i need to speak to you. can you come by the mansion today?


Gordon : "not really bruce"

bruce interupts

Bruce: "It really is important."

jim takes a deep breath and looks at his watch then a picture of barbera,


Gordon : " I can spare Five minutes bruce, i will be there in half an hour"


Bruce : " Splendid Jim, I will tell Alfred to put on some coffee"


Gordon : " no bruce,i won't have the time."



jim hangs up the phone.. a knock at the door,Its the baby sitter.


Gordon : " Mrs gordon wont be here today, i will be back later."


Baby sitter : " ok sir,there will be an extra charge."

jim closes the door and heads to his car and sets off for Wayne mannor.


cut back to Two faces hideout.


Barbera : "What do you want from me harvey?"

Harvey spinning his coin..walks over to barbera again...


Two face : " i need to ask your husband something..i couldn't just ask him for a beer and a chat"


with a quiver in her voice..she asks


Barbera : " Ask him what? "


Two face : ( smiling) " He is the only man who talks to that freak directly"


Barbera : "who?"


Two face : anger in his voice " Batman of cause, he has to know..he has too"


Barbera : Scared and crying "know what"


Harvey gets very close to her face and shouts


Two Face : "WHO IS BATMAN!"



cut to Bruce shaking jim gordons hand


Bruce : (smiling) "Jim, glad you could make it"


Gordon : (looking edgy) " I haven't got long bruce,i'm very busy "


Bruce : " It shouldn't take long, come in to the house"


gordons cellPhone rings... gordon answers..


Gordon : "Hello."

A voice he knows only to well

Barbera : " Jim.. I'm ok.. HELP ME JIM!!!!"


Gordon : " Barbera!"

Bruce turns around and looks concerned

Bruce : " Jim, what is it? "


Gordon looks nervous,

Two Face : " who's voice was that gordon..you called the station! "



Gordon : " It's nobody, i swear"



Two Face : "we will see if fate agrees with you."


Two face takes his coin out of his pocket, he spinns it into the air..catching it.. Its the good side.



Two face : "lucky gordon...we need to have a conversation..tell no one..come to 1151 gotham west.. tonight 20:30 alone! hear me! "


gordon looks at his watch again.



Gordon : "i'll be there"


the phone goes dead


Bruce : "Jim is everything ok?"



Gordon : " huh?...oh its fine Bruce..Barbera left me a message at the office..i have to go."



Bruce : "sure Jim.. i'll call you later"


Gordon : "Bye Bruce"

Bruce smiles as gordon hurries back to his car...bruces face changes and he walks out of shot.Gordon rushes away.Bruce heads to the cave to get ready..he needs to move fast.



intercut shots of Bruce suiting up, Batman has work to do.





Back at Two faces hide out..activity with his goons getting ready for gordons arrival... intercut back to gordon in his car.. loading his weapon and cocking the peice... He takes a deep breath..



hour's later..Gordon is still sitting in his car.. accross the way high above Batman is watching.. bending down watching..back to the car gordon is making a move..heading toward the building opposit....the camera pans up Batman is gone... Gordon enters...it s a large open space.. gordons wife sitting in the middle gagged..trying to scream for her husband.



gordon looks around and sees his wife.



Gordon : " I'm here, and i'm alone..its ok honey i'm here "


Off camera you hear Two faces voice.

Two face : " Drop your gun gordon..you think we're stupid "

Gordon looking around...

Gordon : " Let her go Harvey..its over "



Camera to pull back revealing Two face's goons.. all with lead pipes.. twoface steps out of the shadows with a gun aimed at Gordon.



Two face : " Over? no, we are just getting started "

Gordon notices the goons.. he turns to shoot.. one of the goons hits him with the bar. he goes down hard.. Batman appears from above.. landing in the middle of the goons taking one out with a punch ..Batman stands over gordon protective. Close up on Batmans eyes they narrow.



Goon 1 : "get him"


One goon attacks raising the bar and striking down at Batman..Batman grabs it..takes it off the goon and strikes him with the pipe,another goon attacks with another pipe..Batman hits the Arm with the pipe in it.the pipe flys high in the air..Batman catches it with his other arm spins around hitting another goon then the goon who had the pipe...they both go down.. Batman shows off with the pipes.... one last goon...

Bats notices him out of the corner of his eye and Throws one of the pipes hitting the goon knocking him out Cold. Two face fires his weapon at batman... Rolling accross the floor Batman throws a Batarang hitting harveys gun.. it fires..the bullit hits Mrs Gordon.. Batman stands in shock as Two face runs away. Gordon begins to come around..


Batman : "Jim..stay there...don't move. "


Gordon : (Groaning) "Batman? how did you find me..is barbera ok?"


Batman : " I ... I'm sorry Jim..the gun went off..i couldn't stop it."


Realisation begins to settle in on Gordon...he looks over to see his wife dead lying in a pool of blood.


Gordon : " BARBERA!!!!! no... no."

camera close on barbers wedding band.. Jim rushes over stumbleing from the knock..he cradles his wife.. sirens coming from out side..


Gordon : " That bastard will pay"


Camera pulling back from the anger on Gordons face.... Batman is gone.



Fade to Batman trashing the cave. He throws his mask and belt. Alfred shows up to see the fuss,


Alfred : "Master bruce..whats wrong"



Bruce : " Ive failed Alfred... i failed"

Bruce falls to the floor almost crying


Alfred : " What happend master bruce"



Bruce : " Jim gordons wife was killed tonight, it was my fault.. i couldn't stop harvey..the gun went off."


Alfred : " Master Bruce, some times,no matter what you do,bad things happen there was nothing you could have done for her,your not infallible sir.."


Bruce : " And that makes it ok?.. how am i to look at my friend again..knowing what i have done "


Alfred : " Stop that now Master bruce,(angerd) Harvey Dent made a choice tonight "


Bruce : " so did i Alfred.... "


Alfred : " Sir?"

Bruce walks away releasing his cape...it falls to the floor in slow motion it lands next to the mask... and we focas on the mask.Fade...




Weeks later..we see jim Gordon standing over his wifes grave.. he is unshaven..





Gordon : " I miss you Barbera,I don't know how i'm going to survive little Barbera without you.. she keeps asking when your coming home. (wiping a tear) Harvey Dent will pay for what he has done.. one way... (pulling out his gun) or another. "





Television news.



Reporter : " Harvey Dent is still missing at this time..with the poilce seemingly having no leads,to his location.. and where is Batman? its been 3 weeks since the last siteing of the him..


Bruce is sitting in a chair.. staring into space... he can hear the Gun shot.. then Gordons screams...





Alfred : " Master Wayne ..... Master wayne!" pointing to a window...it shows the Bat signal,


Bruce : " No Alfred... Batman is no more..."


Alfred : " but sir..gotham needs you"

Bruce : " Gotham doesn't need Batman Alfred...i needed Batman."


Alfred : " I don't believe that , you became Batman to help those who couldn't help themselfs.. to stop what happend to your parents from happeing ever again, your parents would be proud of you sir, as am i. "


Bruce : " Thanks Alfred , Ive got work to do"


Alfred puts his arm on bruces shoulder,bruce looks up at alfred..with a smile.. cut to shots of Bruce suiting up... heroic music..



Ext;gotham police head quarters.


rooftop james gordon is waiting...



Batman : " Gordon "


Gordon : " Batman... where have you been.. you know that Bastard is still on the loose."


Batman : " calm down jim.. we'll find him "


Gordon : " yeah,you've been alot of help so far "


Batman narrows his eyes


Batman : " Your still hurting jim.. i know how you feel "



Gordon : (Angry) " How dare you tell me how i feel! "



Batman : " Take it easy jim "



Gordon : " He took my wife.. why didn't you do something "



Batman : " there was nothing i could do Jim.. I'm sorry for what happend..but this doesn't change anying..harvey is still out there.. If you hate me jim.. save it for later..we need to find him and fast. "


Batman walks away and jumps from the roof.



Gordon : " yeah later "..



Gordon opens a flask and takes a drink..





Ext : Batman on a rooftop thinking.. cape drapped



V.O Batman : Gordon is a on edge,can i blame him.. that fatefull night i lost my parents.. i was to young to understand the ramifcations of what happend.. i need to find Harvey and fast..Gordon isn't in the arresting mood.. he's going to kill Harvey.


Batman jumps..and vanishes below.




Cut to gordon sitting in a chair.. the lights are off..he has a picture of his wife in his hand and he is drinking a half emty wisky bottle is next to him. .. his gun the other side.. The phone rings....





Two face : " we didn't finish our chat"

gordon sitting forward in his chair angry.


Gordon : " Chat!!!..there is nothing left to say harvey.. its over Harvey..your over"


Two face : " is it me you should be blaming? if that freak didn't show up..if he hadn't interfeard Barb..."

gordon interrupting.


gordon : " you don't get to say her name.. "


Two Face : Angrely " who do you think your talking too Gordon..some Two bit perp! "


Gordon : " What do you want from me harvey! "


Two Face : "Two things... first thing.. to call that batfreak.. second.. i wan't you to tell me Who Batman is "



gordon : " i don't know who Batman is..no one does "


Two face : " your lying gordon! "


Gordon : " I don't care who Batman is... its over you son of a *****"


gordon slams the phone down.. gets to his feet.




EXT theresa Trents apartment, she is getting ready for Bed..her window
Batman : " Miss Trent"

she jumps and screams

Theresa : " Batman..what are you doing here? "


Batman : " I need to talk to you about harvey"


Theresa : (suprised) "Harvey? i havn't seen him since he became..well somebody else. "


Batman : " and i believe you.. but i may need to talk to you again."


Theresa: " About what..i altready tol.... (looking around Batman is gone) "



The Curtain is blowing...


cut to morning.. jim gordons house..Bruce wayne pays jim a visit. Bruce knocks on the door.. jim answers looking very tired and unshaven..




Gordon : " Bruce..what are you doing here? "

Bruce : " I was in the neighbourhood and i thought i would drop by and see how you were"


Gordon : " You better come inside "


Bruce steps inside..the place is a mess..there are empty spirit bottles lying about.


Bruce : " Jim.. i just wanted to say how sorry i am for what happened "


Gordon : (sitting down in a chair) " Thanks Bruce.."


Bruce : " If there is anything i can do, Please...don't hessitate to ask"


Gordon : (looks up at bruce) " Bring barbera back to life "


Bruce : (squatting down in front of gordon) "Jim i know you will find this hard to believe..the pain does go away.. if you don't let go..your anger will take hold of you, A person once told me ..that if i didn't let go..my anger caused by the death of my parents would destroy me if i let it.. you have Baby barbera to look after now"


Gordon: " I know bruce..but all i keep seeing is her lying there.. the life drained from her eyes,Harvey Dent has alot to answer for"


Bruce : " And i'm sure your friends at the poice station will catch Harvey, Barbera needs you now more than ever..as i'm sure you need her"




there is a knock at the door.. bruce looks around.



Bruce : " i will get it jim " Bruce taps jim on the shoulder as he gets up.

Gordon : " thanks Bruce"

Bruce opens the door.. he is hit hard in the face by Two face.. a bunch of his goons walk in with him Bruce is knocked out. gordon reacts to late he has a gun aimed straight at him.. Two face looks at Bruce..




Two face : "long time no see bruce..you could at least visited me in Arkum."



Gordon : (trying to stand but is pushed back down ) "what the hell are you doing here!!"


Two Face (flipping his coin) "you seemed upset on the phone..like you didn't want to help me"


Gordon : " What do you want Harvey?"



Twoface : " You have forced my hand Gordon.. i want Batman.."



there are screams from upstairs its baby Barbera.




Gordon : " Barbera!..you son of a *****..you hurt her and i wil...

Two face hits jim.. hard.. blood trickles down his chin..


Two Face : " (angry) " your not in a position to say anything!.. she is added insurance. "


gordon : " shes all i have left harvey.."


Two Face: " then you'll do as your told..wont you jim "



A thug kicks Bruce


Thug : " what about this guy"


Two face : " leave him... he will be more worried about dirtying his suit... lets get out of here "




Two face hits gordon accross the face again..hes unconcious.



we see from gordon eyes..it goes black.....the screen to lights back up with Bruce's face in view.. bruce has a cut on his fore head.



Gordon : " Barbera!!"


Bruce : " shes gone jim..what happend? "


Gordon : " Two face was here..he took Barbera "


Bruce : " What does he want? "


Gordon : " Batman!"


Bruce: " what you going to do? "


Gordon : " something i should have done from the start,speak to Batman.. i need you to go Bruce.. i hope you don't think of me as rude "


Bruce : " of cause not..i have to go anyway..i have a meeting,your sure you're ok..you really should call this in Jim? "


Gordon : " I can't Bruce.."


Bruce : " If you need anything, money.. well..anything call me."



Bruce gets to his car quick.. he has Work to do,Bruce arrives back at the mansion..makes his way to a secret door..



Alfred : " Trouble master wayne "


Bruce : " Dent has taken gordons daughter.. i should have seen this coming "


Alfred : " why sir? "


Bruce : " Hes has scitzopherenia Or split personality.. he likes to do things twice Alfred "


Alfred : " Yes sir..it would appear that harvey Dent has gone to far this time "


Bruce : " I can't let what happend before happen again.. I need Help "


Alfred : " How so? "


Bruce : " By speaking to Harvey instead of big bad harv "


alfred looks confused..Bruce suits up and leaves in a hurry.the bat signel is shining bright..



Batman arrives on the Rooftop where gordon is awaiting.. Batman feels a little nervous although he doesn't show it.


Batman : " You wanted to talk to me jim"


Gordon : " Yes..my daughter has been kidknapped..its happening again. "


Batman : " I should have seen this coming..then we already know where he is going to be."



Gordon : " we do? "



Batman : " where else ,where we found him before..he's playing a dangerous game with you jim, you should leave this to me "



Gordon looks a little angry



Gordon : " Like hell i will..thats my daughter in there, "


Batman : " Ok..i have a idea that might work in our favour. "

cut to inside Two faces hide out... Dent is pacing..flipping his coin..gordons daughter seems calm..






Thug : " whats wrong boss? "


Two face : " Batman should have been here by now "


Thug : " Perhaps hes stupider than we thought Boss "


Two face Grabs the thug and shouts loudly in his face.



Two face : " BATMAN ISN'T STUPID.. WHICH IS WHY I'M NERVOUS!!! "

The thug is scared and taken aback..he answers..


Thug : " Ok..boss...take it easy... "


Two face throws the thug to the floor. he lands hard..



Two face : " Take it easy?.. the coin says different,get ready i'm expecting a coulple of guests. "


Thug : " Yes boss"





jim gordon is driving at speed.now knows where his daughter is being held.


gordon : "i hope you right Batman, its my daughter life on the line"




Cut to threasas apartment.. she is arriving home after a long day..there is a picture of harvey on her desk..she switches on the light a visitor is beside the picture..


Theresa : "How did you get in! "


Batman : " Harvey needs you now."


Theresa : " what are you talking about? "


Batman : " No time, you are coming with me! "


Theresa : " what?" where? "





cut to two faces hide out men are stationed all over the hide out they are patroling..nervously..its to silent.
Baby barbera is sitting quitely almost not frightend.. Harvey is pacing flipping his coin.



Two Face : " where is he..he should have been here by now! "


We cut to a thug walking down a corridoor... he is grabbed he vanishes into the shadows.



Thug : "ARGHHHH!!! " (the scream echos.)


two face stops,hearing the scream he pulls out his weapon


Two face : "At last!"





cut to jim gordon breaking in and pulling his weapon.

we also see two thugs walking next to each other extreamly frightend.


Thug1 : "where the hell is he?"

Thug2 : "i don't care as long as hes somewhere i'm not."

The thugs continue to move forward they look down a hall, out of nowhere Batman takes both of them down hard and fast.. there is gunfire from another thug down the hall.. Batman is gone.the thug runs down the hall to his knocked out allies.he moves forward.. quick as a flash..Batman disarms him.. lifting him into the air.




Batman : "Wheres Two face!"

thug : " Go to hell! "

Batman : " Your already there! "

Thug : (scared) " No!!! "

Batman: "WHERE!!!"

Thug : "upstairs!"




Batman drops the thug and kicks him in the face.. he makes his way upstairs.

cut to jim gordon.. just about to enter the office where Two Face is.. jim kicks in the door..it flies open and twoface quickly grabs the kid.



Twoface: "Your not who we were expecting"

Gordon : "yeah..I'm full of suprises "

barb: " Daddy!!!"

Gordon : "it's ok sweetheart.. close your eyes and don't open them, no matter what"

Twoface : "Touching "

Gordon : "shut your mouth Harvey! let her go."

Twoface :" and once again your not in a position to argue"

Gordon: " Harvey..let her go or i swear i will kill you"



We hear a voice it's Batman



Batman : "Thats not going to happen jim"


Jim keeps looking at harvey....sweat on his brow.


Gordon : " he murdered my wife.. destroyed my life and little Barberas "

Batman : " If you do this, you become one of them"



Gordon : " One of them?"


Batman : " you become what you despise , a Murderer. This isn't going to bring Barbera back"


Gordon : " your right, it wont. but i will feel a hell of alot better"


Batman : "No jim, You will feel worse. believe me i know, the pain doesn't go away,it grows. you have a choice to make, one that i made myself."


Gordon : " Your right, I'm not one of them. "


Two Face : " I'm not going back to Arkum, " (two face cock his weapon)


Theresa : " Harvey "


theresa steps out from behind Batman. Two face turns his burnt side away ashamed of his face.



Harvey : " you shouldn't be here, I don't want you to see us this way "



Theresa : " we can help you harvey "


Harvey : " Help, we don't need help! "


Theresa : " your sick, you don't know what your doing. "


Harvey : " we know exactly what were doing, Dont we? " (harvey looks at theresa)




theresa..reaches into her bag and pulls out a weapon.. she turns to shoot gordon, Batman reacts but a shot has been fired.. from Gordon. theresa is hit she falls to the floor hard.



Twoface : " arghhhhhhhh! "



twoface trys to fire at gordon but Batman is to fast and takes out the gun with a well aimed Batarang, Twoface runs with little barbera.. Batman runs after them.

Batman : " stay here jim"

Gordon : " Like hell i will"


Batman and gordon run after twoface they look out a window.. two face is in a car.. Batman leaps onto the top of the car as they speed away.Gordon follows in his car.. a chase ensues with Batman on top of the car trying to get harvey to pull over. Barbera is screaming in the back seat. gordon folows intently and trys not to interphere. the car goes off the road.. gordon slams on his breaks nervous..thinking the worse.

he slowly makes his way to the car... there is smoke..

Batman walks from the wrekage holding the child (heroic music playing.)



Gordon : "oh my god..i thought i had lost you"


Batman hands barbera to Gordon they hug each other


Batman : " It's over jim "

Batman is struck from behind.Batman spins around and hits Twoface. they fight.. Batman is knocked to the floor, Gordon pulls his weapon.



Gordon : "Don't move harvey, i will kill you if you move any closer, its over. come quietly."


Twoface : "hahahahahahahahahahahahahaha, you wont kill me gordon, Batman is right..your not like me"


Gordon ***** his weapon,Batman looks at jim still a little dazed


Batman : "Jim no"


Gordon struggles with his decision..twoface begins to look very nervous


Gordon: " I'm not like you harvey, your underarrest, on your knees"


Twoface : " this isn't over for me and you Batman "


Gordon : " I said on your knees!"


Two face gets to his knees, gordon kuffs him. gordon turns around to thank Batman..hes gone.



Gordon : " Thank you my friend"


gordon looks at his daughter she smiles at him


Baby barbera : " daddy!! "


Gordon : (crying) " I'm sorry honey, i wont let you down again"


gordon continues to hug his daughter


Fade


night time on a rooftop gordon is waiting.



Batman : " long night "


Gordon : " I just want to forget it "


Batman : " You wanted to see me Jim "


Gordon : " Yes,... i wanted to say.. Thankyou "


Batman : " not needed"


Gordon : " all the same, i wouldn't have found little barbera without you"


Batman : " what are friends for "




Gordon smiles and looks down, he looks up.. Batman is gone



Daytime..at Barbera gordons Grave.. jim is with his daughter he is holding her hand.



Gordon : " your mother, isn't really gone. "


Barbera : " where is she then daddy?"


Gordon : " she is watching us..and when you need her, just close your eyes.. she will be there "


Jim has another tear in his eye... they walk off, hand in hand.

Will it be like Clerks. That movie had a 28,000 budget. Just curious. I think it is on the right tract. I wish ya all the best with it. I would go see it. If I could find it playing. I give ya lots of credit for trying, and if it doesn't make it ( sure hope it does ), don't give up. I think you are onto to something good.

at this time i am scouting..the suit is neoprone..looks fantanstic in darker lighting.
