I'm not mad about it.Batman animated film #1032!![]()
I'm not mad about it.
I think it's clear that Batman has more movie-ready stories than anyone else in DC, so this shouldn't come as a surprise.
Bring on more Batman animated movies I say, can never have too much Batman..
They better do Kingdom Come and Red Son at some point.
Weren't they making The Long Halloween?

Yeah, that's it.
I'm always up for Elseworlds especially the original ones they did in the Tucker era.
Hopefully, it's not as awkward as Killing Joke as far as any original content they might add.
They could also use Batman to team up with other heroes on adventures instead of churning out crap like Batman vs Robin etc.
I get why they use Batman he's a sure thing but for me as a fan and I know many others it's become really boring. They're over saturating the character and eventually the bubble will burst.
That's exactly what they did and continue to do. I'm not even expecting him to play a substantive role in that Harley movie.
We need more Superman stories. I agree with that.
Red Son, Whatever Happened to the Man of Tomorrow, Kingdom Come, Secret Origin, For the Man Who Has Everything, Man of Steel, maybe a proper Death and Return of Superman...
Crisis on Infinite Earths would be another amazing one. That'll happen sooner or later.
I want a Blackest Night movie too.
I get that there are other DC heroes that deserve movies, but I'm not gonna get mad about a Batman movie. He's my favorite superhero, you can never have too much Batman.
But there are other ways to use the character and it's like the DC animation don't understand that. I'm not talking about this story in particular but take the Killing Joke. Instead of padding it out with content that was terrible why not do it as double Bull with an adaptation for Whatever Happened to the Man of Tomorrow? Or something.

Glad someone agrees!
