The Law & Order: SVU alum has been cast as Hugo Strange, a genius professor who is secretly lording over the nefarious experiments being conducted at the (literally) underground Indian Hill Laboratory, USA Today reports.

I think we can safely guess which of those is the look Strange will have.

I mean, this seriously is a good way to start having some of the more twisted villains get their genesis, with someone as twisted as Strange overseeing so much stuff and almost certainly being up to no good on any of it. Strange is the type of guy who might prescribe a steroid instead of an aspirin of you have a headache, or exacerbate your kleptomania to Magpie-like levels if he wants to.

I think he may be doing his experiments to build up to creating his monster men at the behest of the court of Owls, and they will be the prototypes for the Zombie Talons that will be utilized later on.
