It used to be chicken and seafood growing up, but having worked as a chef in so many restaurants I love my steaks.

I used to be strict vegetarian for a while now I eat seafood...so of course, seafood. Seafood is so good....yummy.

I love shrimp, lobster, salmon......and I love sushi too.

I eat mostly Chicken, but I loves me some Ribeyes. I eat Pork the least of the three.

I'm a big fan of pigs, but generally I prefer seafood. It's healthier and much more versatile than any of the others because there's such a wide range of sea-critters to munch on.

Chicken, because it's delicious.

That's kind of a limited selection of meats, though. No turkey? No (ugh...) lamb?

Chicken NOM NOM NOM NOM NOM NOM NOM NOM NOM

I gotta go with chicken!

The only one I'm not too fond of is chicken and other fowl. Such a ***** to cook.

But beef, pork, and seafood are pretty good. But venison tops them all.

I actually think Chicken and Duck is easier to cook than Steak. Steak you have to take off the Grill at the right time, and the more guests you have the more you have to be carefull not to over cook and be sure that you get them cooked the way everyone likes.

But Chicken and Duck, you just have to be sure it doesn't burn and the internal tempature is higher than 165F. I often cook my chicken up to 185F. Can't be too carefull.

I know chicken is better for you but it's hard to turn down a good roast beef sandwich with horseradish.

I agree but there's a fairly large margin of error with a steak. A steak that is cooked rare all the way to well done is acceptable and edible but chicken that isn't cooked perfectly will always be raw and gross or overcooked and chewy.
