I agree but there's a fairly large margin of error with a steak. A steak that is cooked rare all the way to well done is acceptable and edible but chicken that isn't cooked perfectly will always be raw and gross or overcooked and chewy.
I can't stand Steak cooked over 150F. But, Chicken..It depends on how you cook it. I cook every night, I have had plenty of chicken reach 185F or more and still be juicy and tender.

I think it depends more on how long you cook it since chicken cooks fast, especially off the bone.

It's not how long you cook it, it is what Temperature it is it. Chicken has to be at least 165F internal before you eat it. Steak is 145F for Medium Rare. You can cook Chicken at a low temp for a couple of hours and if it doesn't reach 165F Internal, it is still not edible.

All this talk of chicken has made me decide to go to Chik-Fil-A for lunch. :D

I'll be sure to get something beefy when I go to the Cinema Cafe to see Star Trek though.

I guess that's true. I can't stand a steak that's cooked over medium rare but chicken can hold it's own.

What about sous-vide?

Chicken is so good, only vegetarians avoid it. As far as I'm aware, it's not forbidden by any major religion. It's white meat. It's delicious. There's an incredibly diverse series of ways to cook it. When people taste something good for the first time and don't know how to describe it, they automatically think of chicken.

Nothing beats a good well seasoned, prepared steak.

CHICKEN! I only like white meat though. And I like seafood. Not into pork though...yes, not even bacon.

Don't make me choose :(

Mmmm...fish. :heart::weirdo:

I'd eat any of them, though.

Human.

What about wild game meats? Venison, Boar, Buffalo, Elk or even more exotic meats like Yak, Snake, Kangaroo, Ostrich, or even Lion.

You really should've had an option for these.

Beef easily. Chicken and seafood are both incredibly awesome, too. I dislike Pork (except for bacon, ham and ribs).
