Belkin Laptop Cooler Clicking Problem?

So, I've had this cooler for a week...or so. It worked fine for a while, but now It makes this clicking noise and is odd, then I tried to see what was wrong and one of the effing BLADES broke!!


Is this a cheap brand? Is it already broken?

If the blades broke take it back from where you got it, its going to be still under warranty

Not all of them broke, just two. Now it doesn't click, but kinda...vibrates.
