Recently when I tried to install a program by clicking on its setup.exe, I encountered this error:
After some research, it seems like it has something to do with my InstallShield program, and I read a suggestion that it'd be better to remove its folder (since it could be corrupted) and then replace it with another. Problem is, I can't find its folder in the Programs Files/Common Files folder. I also tried to download and install a patch for iKernel, but even after its installation the problem persists. Searching for its solution on Google didn't yield much result either, so I'm posting it here and I hope someone can help me. Thanks.
