Action-Adventure Best action scene of 2024

Hi all, I would love to know what the best action scene for you this year was.

For me it was the worm riding in Dune Part 2 or the Gladiator 2 scene where they fill the arena with water and sharks

the car scene in Carry On was amazing and made me go WOW when I saw it, it just came out of nowhere.

Agreed, it was really awesome. Have you ever watched I Saw the Devil? That had a similar car fight scene that was also amazing (I wonder if it inspired the fight in Carry On).

Yeah this scene for me as well.

The worm ride in Dune 2 and the Pulse Rifle scene following by the acid in zero G scene in Alien: Romulus is up there also.

Deadpool v Wolverine opening credits, bloody, hilarious and with dancing and also the car fight between the two half way through the movie, brutal and with character development.

Pretty much every fight scene in Monkey Man takes the cake for me this year. A few other honorable mentions:

Dune 2 (final battle)
Carry On (car fight)
Furiosa (car chase/shootout in the Bullet Farm)


Also, on the TV side of things, the scene in Black Doves where Sam’s house gets invaded was amazing. The night club shootout was great too. In conclusion, watch Black Doves!
