Best display of power

Does anyone have a moment that they think really showed how powerful a certain character was?
Like, we all know the Flash is fast, but in Trial By Fire (A JLA arc) he saved half a million people from a nuclear blast in one millisecond by carrying them one by one (sometimes two) to a safe place.
That's my favorite anyway, what do you guys think is the best display of power by a character?

Issue #3 of the third GL series, when Hal & Guy have their rings stolen by two hicks. The guys try to use the rings against the Green Lanterns, but Hal is able to use his willpower to manipulate the rings, knocks them both out and takes the rings back.

Good stuff.

I totally have to agree on that Flash moment in Trial by Fire. That was badass beyond the measure of words to describe.

Pretty much every instance of one of the big guns moving moons or planets is a great power display. It doesn't happen nearly enough to be a cliche, but enough that we know it's possible.

Every time Wonder Woman fights Superman is a good way to shut up all the mofos who keep going, "But she's only as strong as Spider-Man or something!"

Both Connor and Ollie have caught arrows right out of mid-air now, Connor in the latest issue of Dragon's Blood and Ollie during Grell's run.

During Superboy's solo series, his tactile TK really peaked. He was performing some full-on Phoenix-level feats with it, including blowing up an entire military base.

Oh, yeah, and Alan Scott vs. Obsidian, Round One. "Son...I wrote the book on willpower!" followed by his oath and awesome awesome green awesomeness shot out visible from space.

Seriously though here's some of mine.


Batman taking on 4 white martians by himself.

Superman vs Asmodel although that was Superman in his energy form. Prior to that there was that time his power was augmented and he accidentally threw a spaceship clear across the galaxy.

I agree with Flash clearing a whole city just before blowing up although he has done that several times before the whole Fernus storyline.
