Best Haunted House movies?

What would you say are the scariest and little known haunted house films? Whether they take place in a house, mansion, etc.

For instance, if you were to point a filmmaker to a haunted house film that you consider the cream of the crop which maybe he hasn’t heard of before, what would they be?

Ghost stories are my favourite horror films. I could have included more than I have, but you specifically asked for 'haunted house' movies, so I haven't included ghosts that attach themselves to people or that haunt public places.

My top 10, starting with the best,

1. The Uninvited (1944 ~ criminally underrated Ray Milland movie).
2. The Haunting (1963)
3. Ju-on: The Grudge (2002)
4. The Conjuring (2013)
5. The Orphanage (2007)
6. House on Haunted Hill (1959 ~ debatable whether it's really a ghost story, but it's a Vincent Price classic)
7. The Woman in Black (2012)
8. The Changeling (1980 ~ George C Scott stars, fantastic slow-burner that really raises the goosebumps)
9. Insidious (2010)
10.The Others (2001)
