I think the Prometheus teaser is probably one the greatest trailers of all time.

I thought the Godzilla teaser that played in front of Men in Black in 1997 was pretty cool. It got me excited. Little did I know this trailer would be the best thing about it and the actual movie would be a disaster.

No trailer has ever gotten me so hyped for a movie as this:



I have extremely mixed feelings on the movie itself, but watching that trailer to this day still brings back that feeling I got when I first saw it and realized all the superheroes I was into as a kid could actually soon be brought to life, and not just the "grounded" ones like in X-Men. And that was one hell of a euphoric feeling.

Likewise, my sister turned next to me asking if it was a Godzilla movie. A shame the monster didn't live up to the roar. What a terrible design...

Ah yes, that first Transformers trailer...****ing loved that when I first saw it. I was a sophmore in highschool. Came out during Christmas break. It really sold the movie for me, back then I wasn't much of a Transformers fan.
