With "Crimson" behind us, which episode featuring our lovable Bad Clark is your favorite and why?

  • "Red"
  • "Rush"
  • "Exile"
  • "Unsafe"
  • "Crimson"

Crimson, hands down.

It's the only one that had lasting consequences for Clark.

I voted for Exile.

I think Exile had consequences that Clark will never forgive himself for; the main one being the deal Jonathan made with Jor el to bring Clark back which inevitably cost him his life. That consequence, Clark will have to live with forever.

Crimson showed Clark releasing his pent up anger at his mom and his friends; however, how much of that will actually be remembered in future episodes? From some of the upcoming spoilers in Promise, I'm thinking not much at all.

Quoted for truth. ;)

"Crimson" was the ultimate of the Red K episodes.

"Red" was the second best...being the original and all.

Exile+Phoenix definitely, nothing tops those 2 episodes.

1. Crimson :super:

2. Exile

3. Red

4. Rush

5. Unsafe

I agree with "Unsafe" being at the bottom Kal. The use of Red K didn't even make sense in the episode.....Alicia shouldn't have known what it did to Clark.

While you have a point, but the fact is they muffed that storyline... the affects on Jonathan's health were only vaguely referred to in season 3, it got a few mentions in season 4 and it wasn't until season 5 that you really saw any real affects from it.

But the events in Crimson, from what little we know about Trespass and some of the other upcoming episodes, will have real repercussions through at least the next few episodes, if not for the rest of the season.

Exile didn't really have that same sort of impact.

"Red". Stuff like Clark emulating Lex in fashion, his thoughts, the reaction to the people around him. Especially his brawl in the bar. I can always watch this episode all the way through.

"Exile" is good stuff, as it started the "Pa Kent has heart problems" subplot that ended last season, as well as introduced Morgan Edge.

"Crimson" was entertaining because Red K Clark told the truth.

The other two I find to be jokes.

I voted Crimson.

Which is the one where he had that cutoff shirt and looked like he was going to hit a gay club?

That was Red, I believe...

He had a black sleeveless shirt on in that one.

Crimson was the best because of the Lois interaction and the flight/leap. Exile is a close second because it lead into the episode where Clark and Johnathan had their super battle.

One fond memory I have of Exile/Pheonix is that it is the season premiere that hooked me to Smallville.

I had never watched the show, because I wasn't that interested in watching a teenage Superman show (having memories of Superboy). But I had friends who invited me and my wife over for dinner and to get us to try out Smallville, and since I love Superman...I decided to give the show a fair shake.

It was on Premiere night of season three. We watched it, and when he and Jonathan went out the window...I was hooked...I had to see the next episode. Now I always have to see the next episode.:woot:

It took a little while to get caught up, because I had to wait for the first two seasons to show up on DVD.

Clark and Jonathan crashing through the window and falling together is the single greatest episode ending cliffhanger ever for the series.

I yelled at the screen...

After the long wait to see it after Clark took off on that motorcycle at the end of Season 2, it was very frustrating...

I wasn't hooked yet, it took finally seeing the Pilot when I got my DVD sets the next summer to do that, but you betcha I didn't miss Pheonix the next week.

Crimson's gonna have lastest effects, really? Lois doesn't remember anything, Martha and Chloe forgave Clark, we already knew Lana still had feelings for Clark and Lex and Clark's friendship has been over all season. Where's the lastest effecs?

Martha now knows how Clark feels about her and Lionel's relationship
Jimmy broke it off with Chloe
Lana now has evidence supporting something strange about Clark
We know something is up with Lana's pregnancy

If you actually watched what was going on...the repercussions will be lasting.:o

MAXIMUM PWNAGE!:wow: :wow: :wow: :wow:

The best was the one where Clark was in Metropolis. It opened up a new world we didnt see before.

We had that badass scene where he robbed the bank. Red K Clark VS Super Jonathan Kent. Morgan Edge was awesome and Lex on the island was an awesome backstory with an interesting twist.

Not to mention the biggest reprecussion of all, Jonathan making the deal with Jor-El to bring Red K Clark home, which ultimately led to Jonathan's life being sacrificed.

Fixed..... :O

Applauds Brainiac for his post.
