Best voice actors who've voiced the same Spidey characters

so we've had numerous animated Spider-man series over the many years.

with each new series, a new set of voice actors takes over the characters.

theres already a thread for the best Spider-man voice actor but now other characters are being compared.

Spidey- Chris Barnes probably had the best voice, but I'll have to give it to Josh Keaton just for delivery
GG- Tie between Neil Ross and Steven Jay Blum
MJ- Vanessa Marshall

Oh man, I'm split on this one I can't decide who's better, Chris Barnes or Josh Keaton. Same for the Goblin. As for MJ, I'll go with Vanessa marshall.

Barnes and Ross I can understand, but Ballantine was awful.

Spidey - doesn't really matter, their both good. i have a bias to TAS
because its what i grew up with
MJ - SSM by a landslide, she sounds sexy
Jameson - TAS big time, the SSM guy and character direction aren't that
good
Brock/Venom - TAS for sure, SSM sucks, Venom sounds like a little kid
doing his best tough guy voice
Doc Ock - i'm used to TAS, SSM is a little to whiny at first, but i've gotten
used to it so its fine
Osbourne/GG - i don't remember TAS Osbourne so i'll give it to SSM, but
TAS had a way better GG, SSM Goblin doesn't sound
threatening at all
Aunt May - either or, though i find SSM's aunt may to be to young and hip,
doesn't seem like the kind of person Peter would be worrying
over all the time
Rhino - tie
Electro - SSM, didn't TAS have a german accent lol? that story sucked. he
was a beast though
Shocker - TAS hands down
Robbie - TAS, mostly because he's practically non existant in SSM
Harry - TAS, the one on this show is awful

Osborn/GG - I don't remember TAS Osborn so I'll give it to SSM, but TAS had a way better GG, SSM Goblin doesn't sound
threatening at all.

I find SSM Gobby to sound like Gargamel but I ain't complaining.

I've totally forgotten the TAS of the 90's. I'm sure I missed a lot of episodes too.

Spider-man: All of them have been good but its a tie between Christopher Barns ,Josh Keaton, and Rino Romano

Mary Jane:Vanessa Marshall

Green Goblin: Neil Ross and steven Blum are tied. I love both voices

Dr.Ock - TSSM is much better than any of the others. But I like how they tried to give Ock a german accent in TAS



voice acting looks like so much fun. I wish I had the talent to do something like that
BTW: Mark Hamil has to be my favorite out of all of those....wow, the guy is gifted. Without that voice for Joker the Joker wouldn't be the same. Its a perfect mix of creepiness, comedy, and it captures your attention.

Peter Parker/Spider-Man: It's hard to choose but if I have to I'd say Josh Keaton.

Mary Jane: Vanessa Marshall. Duh!

Norman Osborn: Alan Rachins, TAS Osborn had such a whiney voice, but I guess that's because of the dialouge

Green Goblin: Steve Blum. Neil Ross was great but Blum's voice is just awesome!

JJJ: Darran Norris. His JJ voice is excellent. Ed did a good job on TAS but it isin't as good as TSSM.

Doc Ock: Peter MacNicol. Ock has never sounded this menacing before.

Eddie Brock/Venom: Hank Azaria actually. Ben Diskin is good but I like Hank's voice better.

Aunt May: Deborah Strang on this one.

Harry Osborn: James Arnold Taylor. TAS Harry voice was annoying.

Liz Allan: TSSM! She sounded awful in TAS.

Shocker: Jim Cummings. TSSM voice is ok.

Flash Thompson: Joshua Lebar wins this one. TAS was really good too but TSSM is just so much better.

Anna Watson: Eh, TSSM by far. I hated Anna Watson in the 90s show. More than Sally Avril in TSSM.

Rhino: Clancy Brown is way better than Don Stark.

Robbie Robertson: TSSM.

Randy Robertson: TSSM by far.

Curt Connors: TSSM.

Hammerhead: TSSM by far.

Tombstone: TSSM by a mile! This Tombstone is not only so freaking badass but his voice gives me chills!

Black Cat: TSSM. Duh.

Silvermane: TSSM.

Silver Sable: TSSM.

Electro: Eh is it so hard to guess? Crispin Freeman was born to do Electro!

Vulture: Robert Englund. He is brilliant as Vulture.

Mysterio: TAS actually. I loved his voice in his later appearances. TSSM voice is great but TAS voice was actually so much better.

Kraven: TAS too actually. TSSM is good but I liked Kraven's voice so much better in TAS. Didin't the same voice actor voice both Kraven and Mysterio in TAS?

TAS Kraven and Mysterio were both voiced by Gregg Berger. He was Grimlock in the G1 TF cartoon.

I may be biased because I like TSSM more than STAS. But I prefer all of the TSSM voice actors over STAS's voice actors.

I actually liked the voices for Jameson, Doc Ock, Venom, Shocker, Flash, Mysterio, Kraven and Tombstone better in TAS. Everyone else goes to TSSM though.
