Trailer is out. So what do you think so far?

So no Batman fan didn't see this today?

This is a Batman world... I hardy go to Tv series forum.....

Okay, well all the Batman fans are over in the thread I mentioned. Just saying...

I don't visit the forums individually myself, I use the "New Posts" function.

Series is decent so far; different but watchable.

Wasn't a fan of Professor Pyg, when I saw they used that Morrison villain I don't like I wished he'd be like Future Damian found him in Batman 666

Alfred looks a bit like Bruce Wayne from Batman Beyond

Hadn't thought about it til you said something.

I was prepared for the worst based on, well, everything leading up to the first episode. But I didn't hate it. Even better, I kind of liked it.

Good 1st episode. 'B'
My first exposure to the villians Prof Pig and Mr. Frog.
Like Mr. Frog sonic croak.
Is Mr. Frog a dwarf in a custome?

Alfred looked a little weird(wish he had some hair) but like how he was handle.
Nice appearances by Simon Stagg and Michael Holt.

Most the voice acting was well done.

Not so good was the design for Batman. Wish the head and body was a little fuller.
And Gotham City looked rather lifeless.

Bring on MAGPIE!

After about 3 episodes, I'm digging it so far. Serious without being overly dark and gritty. I like how they seem to be emphasizing Batman's detective skills. I kinda like this version of Alfred, too, reminds me of the tough British sergeant in a an old British WW2 movie.
Liked the twist in the Magpie story, I also found her design very sexy. The bit in the doctor's office with the Rohrshach inkblots was a nice touch.
Anarky is interesting, I like how they are making him sort of the Anti-Batman, helping criminals instead of opposing them, giving him a white costume to Bats' black outfit, even down to an old school Batman type utility belt.
About the only thing I have a problem with is the Batman character design, but I can live with it.
Looking forward to future episodes.

This show rocks! I really enjoy the style and tone of it, just the right balance I feel.

I love how the Bat-cycle turns into that glider thing. REALLY cool. And the music is really good too, even get a bit of a Zimmer vibe from it at times.

good show. Only complaint I have about it is that Batman gets his a$$ kicked too easily.

I can't believe I'm saying this but it's actually pretty good. In general it's a fun show. The only thing I would change is Alfred; I prefer the traditional version of the trusted butler. It's not a bad way to spend thirty minutes of your evening when you're looking to relax and watch something that's fun and entertaining.

These are pretty much my thoughts as well. I do want to see some of the classic villains show up though.

It's a bright spot in a massive ocean of garbage, that's for sure.

I would, too, but I was under the impression that won't happen for a while, if ever. AFAIK, the producers' intent is to highlight the lesser known bad guys in Batman's world. But, I wouldn't completely rule out any classic villains down the road.

I do too, but I'm finding I kinda like this version.

I did love the Magpie episode. I couldn't believe I was actually seeing her in an animated show! LOL

So far they have all been interesting because of the "C list" factor, however now that they mentioned Ra's, I'm quit anxious to see him show up.

This is the one thing I DO NOT want. Ever since TAS ended, every Bat show has turned into a Justice League show. I just want Batman.

Did that happen on THe Batman? I don't know because I found it utterly impossible to get through an episode.
