I can't imagine the Hype Staff deliberately messing with a user's account unless it's April Fools Day. When we ban you it's done tragically and instantly. The process is not accomplished in a piece meal fashion. He is talking as if his account is somehow phasing in and out of the Hype Time Continuum.
