OK I have a bunch of scattered BOP issues, that I really enjoyed. I want to get some trades of it, but where do I start? And which should I avoid?

This really didn't need a bump. Either way, start with Simone's run on the series. It kinda drops off after OYL, but a really good read before that.

I really liked "Sensei & Student." Then again, I really dig "they killed my master!" kung-fu stories. The OYL trades are really when stuff teeters out. "Perfect Pitch" is alright, but avoid "Blood and Circuits" like the plague. Black Alice is a walking teenaged outcast stereotype.

Perfect pitch was great, IMO . But I agree the 1YL stories were not as good as before the crisis. I liked a lot the last story with Spy Smasher. I found it excellent. At least someone able to take down Oracle.

BTW, I didn't see any thread about the BoP, why not make this one the "official" one ?
Last issue was good, I didn't feel a real change between the writers but I found Dinah a little off character.

I love that stuff too, so I'll check that one out
