As for Black Mask, Roman Sionis another Batman character who hasn't been on screen ever before if he ends up being in the Batfleck universe then who should play him?

Depends which version you're talking about. The psychotic version from the 80's with the False Face society gang, the gf with the mutilated face, was much more awesome and interesting than the generic gang boss they made him in the mid 90's.

Yeah Waltz doesn't make sense.

Not my first choice, but a realistic choice would be an actor like Dominic West.

But my first choice is was and always will be Matt Dillon because not only does he have the look for the character but he has the right temperment for the character too and he can act on top of it so why not

Has Matt Dillon even been in a CBM? I don't think so which is why he would be perfect for Black Mask

I'll admit my only real exposure to Black Mask was Under the Hood. For some reason I read him with Waltz in mind. Apparently it's just me.
