This is my idea on how Roman Sionis could be incorporated into Nolans version of Batman in the third Batman movie. He would not be the main villain, with that role taken by Two Face:
Roman Sionis is the corrupt CEO of Janus Cosmetics, a rival company of Wayne Enterprises. He is engaged to a very beautiful, yet equally corrupt and power hungry woman named Circe. Sionis gets involved with the mobs in order to boost his corporation, but the gang steal money from the business, causing it to go almost completely bankrupt. In a last desperation, Sionis is forced to sell his company to Wayne Enterprises. Realizing that Sionis is now a failure, Circe publicly breaks up with Sionis in front of the entire Board of his company. This final humiliation causes Sionis to snap. He dons a black mask, and in his first act of revenge, assassinates the mob boss who stole the money from him in the first place. He then goes to Circe in order to try to convince her to come back to him. In a state of depression, Circe pulls a gun on herself, shooting and killing herself in front of Sionis. Now completely in desperation, Sionis begins kidnapping and torturing employees of Wayne Enterprises in revenge. This draws Batmans attention, since he is none other than Bruce Wayne, the owner o Wayne Enterprises and close friend of Lucius Fox, the CEO. In a bold move, Sionis eventually kidnaps Fox, and takes him to an abandoned Janus Cosmetics warehouse. As he prepares to torture and kill Fox, Batman comes in and saves the day. He is able to rescue Fox, but Sionis catches the warehouse on fire. The two fight in the burning inferno of the warehouse. Sionis eventually falls to his death, his body burning and face scalded to a dark, crisp black.
