After learning he is managing the last Blockbuster Video in America, Timmy and his employees fight to stay afloat. Blockbuster Season 1, starring Randall Park and Melissa Fumero, premieres November 3, only on Netflix.

My first job was working in a video store so I'll be checking this one out for sure. It wasn't a Blockbuster but the idea is the same. Still, Netflix producing a show about Blockbuster is weird. It's like they're parading around carrying the head of their conquered enemy.

It's like Amazon doing a show about Barnes & Nobles on Prime Video.

Melissa Fumero being dumped is too unrealistic. 0/10!

Yeah, it's not great, but I enjoy it.

It's basically Superstore in a video store (so more movie references, which are fun) and a cast that I prefer.

I saw the first few episodes but haven't gotten too far yet. It's nice to see Fumero and Park but I'm not seeing a season 2 on the horizon either.

I watched one episode and was totally bored, which is kind of shocking since I love Park, Fumero and JB Smoove.

But the novelty of a Blockbuster show on Netflix alone should warrant it. :o

No surprise here, not sure why Netflix even bother trying to make sitcoms everyone of them just feels flat.

This has been on My List since it came out but I never bothered to actually watch it. I think I’ll remove it now.

Fuller House and The Ranch are rolling in their graves. :o

It was wasted potential. But it's also Netflix so it's inevitable it was going to be canceled sooner than later.

I can't imagine this show cost a lot but it's Netflix it's not really worth watching new stuff until you know it's renewed.

I knew almost immediately it was going to be a one season series and it ended on a finale that worked as a series finale to what amounted to a miniseries and the impossibility of being a small business in today's world.
