Blue Screen

a friend of mine has gotten a blue screen on her computer at home. she says it's not "the blue screen of death", because there are words on it, she just can't recall what it says


is there anything she can do to salvage her computer, or is she pretty much screwed?

Blue screens arent just a block of blue you know, its just a name, they all have writing on them telling you what's causing it. like physical memory dump corrupted files and what not.

With out knowing what's causing her blue screen its hard to say how to fix it
