Out of all the movies I felt Batman Begins should have been in the top 5.

damn ... Narnia is STLL going

I'm surprised Batman Begins didn't do that well overseas, especially with it's cast. The sequel should be huge.........

I'm also surprised KK isn't doing better............

I'm quite surprised with Narnia a few more bucks and it'd be the #2 domestic of last year. Interesting since everyone thought Kong and Potter would outdo it.

i was one of them, Kong was such an amazing film :(

i could have toldyou KK wasn't gonna do what everyone thought it would do.

Harry Potter made over $250,000 last weekend and Narnia made over $2,000,000. If this keeps up than Narnia will just edge out Potter.

Which is funny since Potter worldwide is the highest grossing movie but domestically it will come in 3rd.

The Harry Potter movies have always made much more money internationally than in North America. Just look at Prisoner of Azkaban. Only number six in North America, beaten by movies like Meet the Fockers, but worldwide it was number two

Which just shows the rest of the world is a bunch of pagans.

Thinking back the box office was pretty bleak last year. Those may have been some of the only films I even went to the theater to see.

I think Narnia will make about $307m domesticly and $419m in overseas.

And Kong will have only $223m domesticly and $355m in overseas.

WTF are you smoking?..really?... there is no way Narnia will get to 300 mill, maybe in the 290's but not 300
