Superman Returns Brandon, Kate and Kevin To Be At MTV Movie Awards

Hey, guess what I too can admit that I'm a good looking guy.

What a small world.....

Finally......Bale spoke with his English accent!

Yeah. Pretty cool, he even used the terms "bastard" and "bloddy". Sweet.

and since we're all discussing good looking people, I find myself fairly handsome! A millions Points for ME!

Someone please explain who let Routh out the house in his street clothes? C'mon I know it's the MTV movie awards, but a nice suit or maybe a dress shirt and some slacks would not have been remiss.

Why the jeans???? Why????

C Bale gots some stuggots calling superman campy up on that stage it was awesome.

Sounds incredibly badass when he uses his native tongue.....I wonder if he and Jackman and Russell Crowe are getting incredibly piss drunk and headbutting kangaroos while filming the Prestige.

It's MTV, there isn't a dress code so jeans are okay.

I have to say that Routh looked like a nervous 'new guy' while Bale looked like the 'utter bad ass Brit'.

I consider Myself a Lucky Bastard - Christian Bale 2006 MTV movie awards

I want to thank Chris Nolan for getting rid of those bloody nipples, And for Giving The DARK KNIGHT Back some dignity -Christian Bale 2006 MTV movie awards

WORD !!!!! BALE RULES DAMNIT .

Which is Why their were cast prefectly in The right roles, Routh is very much Like Clark Kent . And Bale is very much like BATMAN.

Hey, am I alone in thinking that the "hero" award presentation was the ONLY good thing that happened during that entire, god-awfully lame show?

For me

(1) Bale winning was The highlight of the entire show.

(2) Then The preview clip for SUPERMAN RETURNS

(3) And DARTH VADER winning for BEST VILLIAN .

1. Agreed.

2. I f**king missed that because I didn't get home until 9:30 and when they replayed it at midnight, they didn't show the clip.

3. Darth Vader didn't win... Hayden Christensen did. And to me, he's about as much Darth Vader as Chris Kattan is General Zod.

LOL...all the more reason to dress to impress. If you are Tom Cruise, Brad Pitt or some other big name actor...sure come dressed in jeans. But Brandon is a new guy, someone should have dressed him to impress. Frankly, I wasn't impressed by his outfit choice. Though he looked wayyyy taller than Bale though, didn't he? I was laughing so hard I nearly fell out of my chair.

You know who didn't have the right look going on was the girl from Exorcism of Emily Rose? What was that outfit?

does someone know where can i see the spoofs frome 2006?

Well, Bale is 6'2.......and Routh is said to be 6'4......so...doesn't it make sense?

It was an awesome speech. He even got the very rare "Awwwwww" from the crowd for how he spoke of his wife. Classy speech.

LOL...I'm not sure I remember her, but I don't doubt what you are saying.

btw...jeans are the new khakis...LOLOLOLOL:up: I'm just wondering who in the hell still wears khakis????

Well, I hear he was raised in England as well as California.

Remember, he was a child actor....so he must of done a lot of moving.

And yeah, his speech was heart felt....he even mentioned his late father, which was nice.

Yeah, but good posture really makes a difference. For my two cents, regardless of how tall Bale actually in BB, especially when he was standing next to somone, he looked really short. At the awards standing next Brandon he looked way short. I'm not sure what the deal is, but two inches is that big a difference, but I swear Bale's posture made it seem like he was almost a head shorter than BR.

Not a big deal....but it was sooo funny:)

It looked the same difference between he and Neeson, and Neeson is 6'4 as well.

I know somebody who's 6'4 and I'm 6'2....and the difference looks about the same as that.

2 inches.....well...it can make a difference.

God.....did I just say that...

Besides, Superman IS taller than Batman in the comics.....so, it's a good thing.
