That's literally about fame.
No it's not lol. Fame can be an indicator of what I'm talking about, but it's not what I'm focusing on. What's the problem with you? I specify what I mean every single ****ing time and you can't help yourself but come at me with bull**** ignoring the bulk of what I'm saying.
Is María Gabriela de Faría a mega famous actress? Probably not. But back in her home town she was trusted as a lead on a ton of different TV shows that were a big deal there, then when she got to Hollywood she got another important major role in Deadly Class which while it was not a success they clearly made with the thought in mind it would be a success. So that goes to show that producers and studio execs or whatever generally like her.
Is Rachel Brosnahan a mega famous actress? Probably not really. But her resume speaks for itself and she lead one of Amazon's biggest hits for several seasons, she was also played one of the most complicated parts in House of Cards. Again, that goes to show that producers and studio execs do see something in her.
Is David Corenswet a mega famous actor? No. But he got a major part on a Ryan Murphy show that immediately got followed up with leading role on another Ryan Murphy show which even had an executive producer credit, and then afterwards he got a part on a David Simon miniseries, then a major part on an Apple series with Natalie Portman. Again, that goes to show that people in the industry like him and see something in him.
By comparison there are a ton of C-level actors that have not only never gotten anything remotely big by any standards, they've also haven't even gotten anything anyone expected to become big, despite decades in the industry and therefore is pretty obvious no one in Hollywood has quite been high on them becoming stars of any sort.
That is very very specifically what I'm talking about. If you want to dismiss it or misinterpret it (like you always do with anything I say) to whine about something else you can do it.
