The absolute lack of any potential chemistry with Corenswet is a huge part of what kills him in the role for me. There’s just absolutely nothing there, they’re not similar at all but also there’s zero interesting contrast in part because Sklenar simply exhibits no personality on screen. It shocks me when people post clips from that awful Taylor Sheridan show of Sklenar ‘acting’ and it’s just his dead beady eyes staring into the middle distance as he mumbles in a lame tough guy voice.I can feel the negative chemistry between him and David from here. He's so f***ing boring. And an obvious steroid user. The jawline change is jarring.
