In my opinion All three Comic companies that I read have lost the Thread on keeping track of where all the balls are bouncing in their universes.
I actually rolled my eyes @ Batman's "I suspected",... because The Batman I know would have spent a couple of grand keeping track of the Good doctor to make sure. The Batman who could design Brother Eye Would've drugged her behind and asked her flat out what had happened??
All the team books in both Marvel and DC are playing fast and loose with character , motive, and Continuity.
(To tell stories I assume.)
I'll give DC props,... they are doing a better job on Powersets,... With the exception of Superboy Prime,... everybody is doing what they can do as explained in canon "What has come before."
But with the death of MM AND the current "club within a club" happening in JLA - I want a break.
I MAY break down and start saving money,... I read somewhere / someone told me some of the artists At DC are willing to do made to order comics on the side for roughly $25 a page.
I write the story I loosely described in this thread and get it printed.
