You know those characters that Warner Bros. created for other DC-related projects? The characters only a few have actually intergrated into the comics?
Well, I have rewritten a lot of these characters, even the awful ones, to fit into my own universe:
Alexander Knox
First appearance: Batman, 1989
Occupation: Newspaper reporter, Gotham Gazette
Visual Faceclaim: Topher Grace
BIO: Alexander Knox is a young idealistic reporter working for the Gotham Gazette who strongly believes in the Batman's ideals. Ironically, he has never actually made contact with any of the Bat-family. His Pulitzer-prize nominated stories on the Batman are often supported by pictures taken by his partner, photographer Vicki Vale. The two have a strong friendship that eventually led to romance sometime after Vicki and her boyfriend, billionaire Bruce Wayne, broke up.
August "Gus" Gorman
First appearance: Superman III
Occupation: Computer technician, S.T.A.R. Labs
Visual Faceclaim: Donald Glover
BIO: August Gorman, or Gus as he likes to be called, is a child prodigy, graduating MIT with a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science at 18. After moving to Metropolis, he gets a job at S.T.A.R. Labs, working with Dr. Emil Hamilton.
Gus is also of Superman's biggest fans. He shares an apartment with good friend Jimmy Olsen and is dating Natasha Irons, niece of John Henry Irons a.k.a Steel.
Chase Meridian
First appearance: Batman Forever
Occupation: Criminal psychologist, Arkham Asylum for the Criminally Insane
Visual Faceclaim: Alice Eve
BIO: Chase Meridian is a young, world-renowned criminal psychologist and best-selling author who moves to Gotham City after seeing the many inmated of Arkham Asylum, especially the Riddler, as a challenge and acts as a consultant for the GCPD.
Chase used to be friends with Harleen Quinzel when they both studied psychology. After Chase learned that Harleen was working at Arkham, she was more than delighted to see her old classmate. When Quinzel started getting too close to her patient, Joseph Kerr a.k.a. the Joker, Chase warned her friend to stay away from him. Of course, she ignored Chase's advice and Harleen Quinzel became Harley Quinn. Chase took the psychological downfall of her best friend hard and has taken a private vow to rehabilitate Harley.
As far as the romantic department, Chase did date Bruce Wayne for a while. At some point during the time they were dating, she used her psych skills to deduce that Batman and Bruce Wayne were one and the same. Although the two broke up, based on a mutual decision that they were not meant to be, Chase has since become a close ally of Batman and his team of costumed heroes. She later found love with Jean-Paul Valley, a.k.a. Azrael
Otis Berg
First appearance: Superman: The Movie, Superman II
Occupation: Personal assistant, LexCorp
Visual Faceclaim: Jason Segal.
BIO: Otis Berg is an employee at LexCorp, working as the personal assistant to Lex Luthor. He is good-natured, bumbling at times and is naive. He is often, thought Luthor will never admit it, the voice of reason. He knew all about Lex's nefarious plots in his efforts to destroy Superman. Otis has tried several times to convice Lex to drop his personal vendetta against Superman, but of course, Lex refuses to.
After Lex Luthor's eventual public fall from grace, LexCorp as reborn under new management. Otis was appointed as head of applied sciences by new CEO Tess Mercer (born Lutessa Lena Luthor), who is actually an agent of Checkmate and a liason to the Justice League.
Otis also fell in love with LexCorp secretary and Lex's ex-girlfriend, Eve Teschmacher.
