What do you think is the next steps in developing the character?
I do think the next obstacle should be about making a choice between Themyscira and Man's world. If people have seen the recent Doctor Who, a pivotal part of his character was the sacrifice of his people to stop a war that would devastate the universe.
I can see how Max Lord could cause this in a similar way to William Stryker in X2.
