Bullet Train (Brad Pitt)

Really enjoyed this 2nd time also. It plays a bit different knowing how the character interactions and set ups all come to fruition at the end. And the cast is damn good. With Joey King the stand out for me.

Would love to see Leitch tackle a video game movie one day. He has the style and aesthetic for it for sure.

Finally watched this last night. Enjoyable to a degree, but felt the crushing disappointment of Smokin' Aces' potential all over again. Some fun character work and can appreciate its cartoony-approach, but it overcompensates in style where it could've used imagination. Has little rewatch value for me because, due to the constant timeline jumping, I feel like I've already watched it four times. Had a similar problem with that Harley Quinn movie.

Watched this over the weekend, it was great!

If you enjoyed this, I recommend Free Fire. Same sort of mishap-laden action-packed comedy. A sketchy drug deal goes wrong resulting in a huge shoot-out.
