Scoot McNairy has been casted... Enigma? Joker?

I doubt he's Flash, or maybe he's gonna get hair color of Barry.

Have you seen the last Elmayimbe scoop? :O

Morgan Edge, Victor Zsasz, David Cain, and Amanda Waller.

It doesn't sound crazy... mostly because of the little role villains. but the page where it came from makes me doubt thought.

http://www.**************.com/fansites/nailbiter111/news/?a=102987 I like the idea of having Zsaz be a villain Batman fights in the beginning just to introduce us to the new Batman. I remember seeing a picture of a Motel filming location for BvS, maybe that's where Zsaz is doing his dirty work? I haven't been worried about this movie being crowded, but now I'm starting to feel it a little bit. If all of this is true, here are all the characters that will be in the movie: Batman Superman Wonder Woman Arthur Curry/Aquaman (Cameo?) Victor Stone/Cyborg (Cameo?) Alfred Lex Luthor Mercy Graves (played by Tao) Holly Hunter's Senator Character Victor Zsaz (maybe played by Callan Mulvey?) Morgan Edge (maybe played by Scoot McNairy?) David Cain Amanda Waller Martha Kent (probably only one or two scenes) Lois Lane (She might be sidelined in this movie) Perry White (probably only a small role) Again, this is assuming everything we've heard is true.

^I bet all your favorite movies have more characters than that ;).

Zsasz seems a random choice for this sort of movie. He's probably set up to be some small foil back in Gotham. Could be a showcase of just how small-time Batman is in the overall grand scheme of things. A serial killer may be scary, but it's nothing compared to the amount of dealt done by an alien force.

Yeah, but i'm really really excited for this movie, and i just want the best for it, i mean come on! whens the last time you've seen Superman and Batman in the same movie? it's also a big budget movie! and yes i loved TASM 2, but i think partly the reason for the Box office preformance is because Wom, critics were saying it had too many characters, and i don't want the same thing to happen to this movie, and btw i loved MOS, it was perfect to me.

The problem with TASM 2 wasn't because it had too many characters...the problem with TASM 2 was that it did nothing with the characters in the movie. How does TASM 2 get called out for too many characters and yet no one said anything about X-Men: Days of Future Past???

I no longer a believer in "Too much stuffed into one movie." X3 is NOT how you do it. SM3 is NOT how you do it. And even though I liked it, TASM2 is NOT how you do it.

It's true. Most movies have dozens of characters...some have large roles, some small, some in between and some are hardly on screen at all. The difference is, in most movies, we don't know any of the characters going in...we are meeting everyone for the first time. But a movie like this is based on characters that we are already familiar with due to comics, cartoons, previous films, etc. So, since we know who we will be encountering at some point during the film, there is a perception that it will be overcrowded. But, in truth, it all depends on how the characters are used.

Take, for example, Captain America: The Winter Soldier. The following characters make an appearance:

Captain America/Steve Rogers
Black Widow/Natasha Romanov
Falcon/Sam Wilson
Nick Fury
Winter Soldier/Bucky Barnes
Maria Hill
Alexander Pierce
Batroc The Leaper
Arnim Zola
Crossbones/Brock Rumlow
Peggy Carter
Sharon Carter
Agent Jasper Sitwell
Senator Stern
Councilwoman Hawley

And those were just the characters that we were familiar with from either the comics, cartoons or previous MCU films. It doesn't take into account those that were made up specifically for this film. It looks like a lot when written out, but CA:TWS didn't feel crowded at all to me. Again, it's all a matter of how the characters are used. If you try to give everyone equal time, then it's a trainwreck. But, if you place the emphasis on your leads, and scatter everyone else's appearances throughout the film in supporting roles as the story progresses, it's really not a big deal.

It's actually giving each character a logical purpose in the film. In the movie you referred to each of those characters serves a purpose to the plot. Characters didn't just pop up because someone thought it would be cool if they did.

I agree 100%

By the way, if Amanda Waller does end up making an appearance in this film, and they decide to go "old school" with her, my recommendation is Chandra Wilson from Grey's Anatomy:

I always thought she would own the role! But, they would probably go with the slimmer version of Waller from the New 52. (Again, if she's in it)

Tyler Perry for Amanda Waller! That's my pick and I'm sticking with it.

Three villains could be done, I think the key is they have to have relatively small parts and be connected. The issue with the Amazing Spider-Man 2 and Spider-Man 3 is the villains were mostly unrelated and don't team up until later, which creates multiple half-baked plot threads.

The mention of Cain's daughter makes me hope this is true.

All those villains sound very minor, with maybe Morgan Edge and Amanda Waller taking bigger roles out of the rumored 4 (though that seems obvious as they'd be most likely to fit in organically).

By the way, Viola Davis for Amanda Waller.

I'd like to retrack my statement, i agree TASM 2 didn't know how to utilize them all, i guess i have to use TWS for example, so as long as BvS can utilize them right it won't end up like TASM 2, SM3 or X3.
