im taking a course in programming and my class uses MS visual studio C++ 6.0, i dont have the program onmy comp and farr to expensive topurchaseand i was wondering if i can just use intel C++?

You can use it, but the colors won't look the same; the basic commands, functions, and repetition are, however, the same.
