From IGN. Overall:7.7

6.5 Presentation
The Call of Duty series has always done a fine job of showing just enough story to push the gameplay, and COD3 for Wii is no different. No multiplayer hurts.

7.0 Graphics
The game still isn’t up to snuff graphically, but the sheer amount of destructible environments and constantly active world definitely helps. So does 480p and 16:9 display.

8.0 Sound
Surround sound is definitely missed from the 360 and PS3 version, but the audio is still essentially the same.

7.0 Gameplay
The main Wii control is about 90% there, but the game offers a mixed bag of battle actions. Some are fine, while others seem almost broken.

7.5 Lasting Appeal
In a game that’s nearly all about multiplayer, the lack of online (due to Nintendo) and split screen (due to Treyarch) is a spit in the face of Wii gamers. Luckily the single player mode is solid.

blah. the main selling point of the wii version (the control) isn't even that great, the graphics are laughable for a 'next-gen' game, no online, no co-op, no surround sound. i'm surprised they gave it as high a score as they did, after reading their review.

Man that sux. It was between this and red steel for me, I was just waiting for the reviews to come in. Atleast red steel has multiplayer although I doubt it is fun.

I thought Red Steel was fun. Played it at that Nintendo Fusion Tour when it came by my city. The controls are different from a traditional fps, but I still liked it.

I'm surprised you keep posting in the Nintendo section when you clearly hate it so much. :o

Word. I wonder why reviews keep saying this is the most comfortable and natural ftp on the wii, but Red Steel is getting better reviews.

No MP.... which is exactly why I'm not buying it.

Sounds more like "Call of Doodey" to me.

This has about the same scores as the 360 and PS3 versions on GameRankings

Because, like Halo, the single-player is a bland experience. And that's a problem with most console shooters. They're only good for multi-player. Hopefully Red Steel will start to change this, and so far, it sounds like its doing just that.
